The Air Penny V makes its 2013 debut tomorrow with a release of two exciting colorways. The Royal Blue pair is a clear and present homage to the Memphis Tigers, where Penny honed his craft before heading to Orlando (by way of Golden State), while the ‘Total Crimson’ is just a spicy new take on this impressive model that has experienced great success since its debut. So who has been representing the Penny V the hardest in the NBA?
